The recent Kouga Employee Wellness Day, by the Kouga Local Municipality and organised by the Occupational Health and Safety Section, was a resounding success. This energising and interactive event focused entirely on the employee, their health, happiness, and well-being.

• Opportunities to meet with affiliated medical aid providers.

• Valuable insights on how to live a healthier, happier life.
