The Kouga Local Municipality plans to develop a maintenance management plan for the area between the Cape St Francis Point (34°11’45.64″S 24°52’8.80″E) and Seal Point (34°12’42.96″S 24°50’8.48″E) in the Kouga Local Municipality. The Plan and application process will address dune management, and maintenance of structures and infrastructure within the coastal zone.
