We are pleased to announce that we will be introducing the ScoreCapture system to assist both members and staff in the scoring and prize-giving process.
The implementation of ScoreCapture will eliminate the human error aspect from the scoring process and enable the team to go straight into the prize-givings, thus drastically reducing the waiting period for golfers who have finished their rounds earlier than the rest of the field.
The ScoreCapture app links to the golfers’ HNA Handicap system and will automatically calculate golfers’ handicaps based on the selected competition format. This will streamline the check-in process for golfers as well as making scoring far easier, as the app will automatically calculate how many points you made on each hole.

For the first time ever, Jeffreys Bay is hosting the Kneeboard Surfing World Titles this week, setting the stage for an unprecedented display of kneeboarding talent.
Renowned for its exceptional and consistent waves, Jeffreys Bay has provided excellent conditions throughout the event, allowing the world’s elite kneeboarders to showcase their skills on a truly grand stage. As the Cine FX Kneeboard Surfing World Titles 2024, presented by Surfing South Africa, approaches its climax, the excitement is palpable, with the major finals scheduled for the weekend.
In a surprising turn of events, reigning World Champion Tom Gray was eliminated in the Open Round of 32, ensuring that a new World Champion will be crowned this year. Meanwhile, legendary Australian kneeboarder Simon Farrer has made a strong impression with his powerful carves and impressive scores, earning a spot in the Quarter Finals.
The Australian father-son duo, Pete and Owen Fairwether, have both advanced to the Open Men’s Quarterfinals, with Owen delivering standout performances and consistently high scores.
Additionally, Albert Munoz from Australia has maintained a strong presence in both the Grandmasters and Open divisions, demonstrating reliable and impressive surfing throughout the competition.
