Ready For Billy's Beach

The season is upon us. Not much parking at Seal Point Beachie, and plenty of people around at the beach, at the shops and having a few dops in the evening. Further, there are also loads of people who are getting ready for Billy’s Beach.

The whole Billy’s Beach phenomenon is just that, a phenomenon. Over the last couple of years (not counting the COVID postponements), the jol has become more massive and slick. So it is now a world-class party, taking place at St Francis Bay, and it shows no signs of slowing down.

Ballie’s Beach

Billy’s is the one jol that brings the most people into town, and the organisers run a tight show. Furthermore, there is no chance for any underage punters to get in, and everyone knows this, so no one even tries. In addition, at this stage of the game, it looks like it is almost entirely sold out, and you’ll have to scramble if you want to get tickets. Further, there will be some noise this season; let’s just see which way the wind blows.

We might attend the ‘Ballie’s Beach’ evening to say that we were part of the year’s biggest party. So, we do want to attend, but it is hard to commit to anything at this stage of life. Are any ballies out there already committed to the jol? Let us know.
