#Zumamstgo Gathering of Protest in St Francis Bay
Permission has been granted for a Peaceful Mass Gathering to take place on Friday 7 April 2017 at 12h00 until 13h00 on the R330 at the traffic circle between the St Francis Links and Lyme Road to St Francis Bay.
This non-political gathering is in support of the Save South Africa organisation’s nationwide call to protest against corruption.
Those who wish to support the call to gather in protest should make their own way to the gathering point and are asked to wear black and not to wear or display political party regalia. Pastor Andrew Vena will lead the gathering in prayer for our country.
The instructions of the SAPS and Traffic officials are to be strictly adhered to. Those gathering are asked not obstruct traffic, block entrances or inconvenience other road users in any way. There must be no incitement of hate speech or violence, no firearms or other dangerous weapons, no disguises or wearing of any apparel resembling any of the uniforms worn by members of the security forces, including SAPS and the National Defence Force.
Our sincere thanks to the Kouga Municipality Municipal Law Enforcement officers and the South African Police Services for their cooperation and guidance.
