COMPETITION RULES :

  1. The price of a ticket entry in this raffle is R200.00.
  2. No person who is a director or employee of the SFPO NPC is eligible to enter this raffle.
  3. This competition is only open to legal residents of the Republic of South Africa.
  4. The competition runs from 1 January 2023 to 25 February 2023.
  5. The draw will take place on 25 February 2023.
  6. The prize winner will be the first entry drawn.
  7. The prize will consist of 31 cases of wine donated by each of the 31 wine estates participating in the Wine on Water event from 24th and 25th February 2023.
  8. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  9. In the event of the Promoter not being able to contact the ticket holder, the Promoter reserves the right to draw again.
  10. The prize winner will be notified by telephone / e-mail and the prize winner’s name will be published on the SFPO NPC website, Facebook page and newsletters.
  11. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this competition.
  12. Participants in the competition understand and agree that in order to offer the raffle, Promoter must collect and use personal information about participants.
