Covid-19 Update 47 – St Francis Bay Canals Spit Breaches  –  A perfect storm of giant surf – peaking at 8 meters on some charts, a very strong swell period of over 16 seconds, and a spring high tide – resulted in some serious damage at the spit on Monday.

Extra Rates Rebate For Pensioners  –  Pensioners who own property in Kouga can now apply for extra rates rebates if their combined monthly household income is R15 000 or less.
