St Francis Bay – Property Sales of R10m or more:

There have been 54 sales of R10m or more: 47 of them residential and 7 commercial/development/industrial.

The first sale over R10m was in 2005, there were none from 2008 to 2012, and half of all of them in the last three years!

Only two homes have ever been sold for more than R20m, one in 2008 and one in 2015.

Perhaps somewhat surprisingly, given the very buoyant property market over the last three years, no sales over R20m since 2015 (but there have been home investments ie plot plus building costs over R20m). The bulk of the top end sales over the last few years have been in the R10m to R15m range.

Canals sales make up 77% of home sales over R10m.

There have been no transfers over R10m on the Links yet … but one sale over R10 is still to transfer.
