Alison Jones

Alison Jones – our very own Clinical Nutritionist!

Alison Jones is truly inspirational. Not only is she the director and founder of ‘My Nutrition and Wellness’ in St Francis Bay, but she’s also a certified ‘Food and Spirit Practitioner,’ a ‘Zest4Life’ practitioner and health coach.
Her credentials as an expert in the field of nutrition extend to membership of ‘The Institute of Functional Medicine USA|SA’ and the ‘South African Association of Nutritional Therapists’.  This impressive clinical background together with a thorough training in functional medicine lies at the heart of everything she does.

Since qualifying, Alison has worked with hundreds of clients to encourage a positive change in their lives. She possesses a true passion for helping people overcome difficult health, weight-loss and confidence problems and, through tried-and-tested transformational programs, has an ability to not only make you fall in love with your body but also achieve permanent change and belief in yourself.

Clients working with Alison in individual or group consultations not only discover a life-changing, practical approach towards nutrition but also benefit from improved health and energy and a brighter outlook on life.

Come and listen to Alison speak on: ‘Nutrition as a powerful tool in fighting poor health, ageing and weight gain.’
We are extremely fortunate to have Alison Jones as our keynote speaker at our next SPCA Ladies’ Tea Club function at Dune Ridge Country House on Thursday, October 29th at 11.00 am.

As part of this talk, Alison will also be giving vital feedback from the nutrition trials held during this year in both Port Elizabeth and St Francis Bay.

Sarah-Jane Swanepoel, our hostess at Dune Ridge Country House will be providing a sumptuous tea of both sweet and savoury treats to follow Alison’s talk.

All funds collected through our ticket sales will be used in our ‘Open Your Eyes and Sterilize’ campaign aimed at sterilizing township dogs to stop the birth of unwanted puppies and the cruelty that stems from this. With each spaying we are able to improve the quality of life of each sterilized female dog – and that’s a big reason why we do this.

Tickets selling now for R150.00 at Kouga Print and Design.
The SPCA Fundraisers of St Francis Bay value your generosity and support.
