Rotary St Francis Honoured With Adventure Racing World Championship Partnership

The Rotary Club of St Francis is delighted to have been invited to partner with the organisers of the Adventure Racing World Championships in the Eastern Cape this year.
All competing teams from around the world have been asked to donate soccer balls for distribution to underprivileged communities along the race route. St Francis Rotarians will be responsible for ensuring that all donations are evenly and fairly distributed to those most deserving. A target of 600 balls has been set which will go a long way to help sports development for our young men and women in our region.
Our club members will also be on hand to assist the organisers with the opening and closing ceremonies for the event. Look out for us at the Expo on Monday 16th, 17th and 18th of October at Cape St Francis Resort where we’ll be welcoming everyone to our beautiful part of the world.
