St Francis Prime Timers at Night of the Proms
On Sunday, 28 Prime Timers left St Francis for their annual buffet lunch at the Humewood Hotel Summerstrand. The lunch was exceptional as usual providing a vast selection of delicious fare. After the members had wined and dined they left the hotel and drove to the Feather Market for The Last Night of the Proms.
The members settled in their seats with their programmes and coloured streamers ready to celebrate with Richard Cock conducting The Eastern Cape Philharmonic Orchestra. The concert is always a very special charity event which includes dancers,
several choirs, soloists, Caledonian Pipe Band, and the full orchestra entertaining with music to suit everyone.
