Municipal Customer Satisfaction Survey – Enhancing Services:
Your Voice Matters
– In a dedicated effort towards continuous improvement, Kouga Municipality is conducting a Municipal Customer Satisfaction Survey, aiming to gain valuable insights into residents’ experience with service delivery.
The focus is on everyday service delivery, including water, electricity, refuse removal, sanitation, and roads – with scores ranging from one to five, the former reflecting the worst opinion and the latter the best.
The main objective of the Municipal Customer Service Survey is to prioritise customer care. The aim is to obtain a clear and comprehensive understanding of how residents perceive the services provided by the municipality.

This is an excellent idea, well done
I have no issues with refuse collection, water availability, electricity (assume load shedding is a national problem and our local electricity department work extremely hard and we appreciate the long hours and dedication on their part, thank you!
My main issue is the planning department’s approval of projects with out proper consultation with affected residents and there is evidence that there has been approval of projects where residents objections have been simply ignored. This is a serious matter and remains so, I am happy to be part of trying to address the issue
