   As a resident at Candel woods for the last 4 years we have seen the repair at least 4 to 5 times a year over the last cupple of years if this had been done properly and with the correct input, engineers ect ,we whoud not have the damage to the road and Candel woods whoud not be without water for the last 2 days .The amount of time and money wasted in the past needs to come to an end and must be done properly.
