Crime summary for the period of January – March 2025

Looking back at our crime statistics over the past 3 months

January 10 incidents

February 11 incidents

March 11 incidents

We would once again emphasize the importance of taking the following security measures: Illuminate all entry points,

secure ladders and tools in a locked area, ensure windows and doors are locked, install security cameras, use motion

sensor lights, add beams & use window sensors. Please contact our technical team for assistance!

Notice to Homeowners and Tenants regarding UNSECURED doors, windows, gates & other entry points

January 36 vacant unsecured homes

February 41 vacant unsecured homes

March 36 vacant unsecured homes

These numbers are stabilising. We kindly urge you to remind your domestic workers and tenants to ensure that all

doors and windows are properly closed and locked when leaving your home. Neglecting this creates an opportunity

for crime and leads to an increase in false alarms.

Notice to Service Providers

Monitoring over the past 3 months has shown the following patterns in false alarms triggered by service providers:

January 33 incidents

February 32 incidents

March 39 incidents

We are now sending emails to homeowners whose service providers are not complying with our request to notify our

control room before entering the property. This results in alarms being triggered unnecessarily and dispatch teams

being deployed without cause.

Your assistance in addressing this with your service providers is greatly appreciated, ensuring a more efficient and

effective security response.

The March 2025 Crime Report shows that we need to stay vigilant and cautious.

REMEMBER WE’VE ALWAYS GOT YOUR BACK!
