The Heritage Centre has had a face-lift and Tennant Centre to undergo one

Tennant Centre Changes Hands

This week marks the end of an era for the Tennant family, following the sale of their family trust property “The Tennant Centre” at 167 St Francis Drive. The property was acquired by Trevor’s parents some 50 years or so ago and developed by the Tennant brothers in 2007.

Trevor passed on his best wished to new owner, Fritz Walter awho is relocating his well-known business Commercial Marine from erf2 to the centre at 167 St Francis Drive. Trevor also thanked the tenants of the centre for their patronage over the years. Because of the move of Commercial Marine some of the tenants will be relocating but all will be fully operational over the holiday season.

Tennant Architects and Sharon Tennant’s Designer Living who presently occupy offices in the centre will now become “true tenants” and will be staying on at the centre. Trevor will be overseeing the demolition of the popular and somewhat ‘legendary’ Legends who will be vacating the centre after the season. Trevor will also be overseeing the re-build of parts of the centre to accommodate the new businee premises of Commercial Marine.
