What wonderful and desperately needed rains this past few days. The really good news is that our dam levels have more than double and continue nto rise with the runoff and no doubt the melting snow. News in is that Churchill dam is just below 80% and Kouga dam has almost doubled its level to 13% but combined levels are just 30% so we still need to save water. Official levels will only be available later today so we will report them in tomorrow’s edition of St Francis Today.

2018 Calamari Festival, St Francis Bay – The second Calamari Festival, organised by St Francis Tourism, is a mere two weeks away – the action will be at the Market grounds on Saturday 22 September, from 11am to 5pm.
