As part of the Rugby World Cup celebrations, TOPS at SPAR Village Square are proud to announce that they will be stocking Bomb Squad lager. 

The people behind Bomb Squad are none other Steven Kitshoff and Malcolm Marx.

A Winning gold colour and effervescence make Bomb Squad Lager easy to drink.

How to make Biltong Pâté

Ingredients

250g SPAR cream cheese or SPAR full fat creamed cottage cheese

3 Tbsp SPAR mayonnaise or SPAR plain yoghurt

100g biltong powder

3 Tbsp onion marmalade or any SPAR chutney

2 Tbsp chopped SPAR Freshline parsley

1 tsp ground pepper

Salt to taste

SPAR Freshline spring onion (sliced), SPAR extra virgin olive oil and SPAR tender and tasty biltong to garnish

Method

Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined.

Season to taste.

Garnish with some sliced spring onion, olive oil and biltong slices.
