St Francis College Swimmers Making a Splash!

History was made when St Francis College was invited to participate in the Independent Schools Gala for the first time on February 20th. The event was hosted by Woodridge Prep and participating schools included Woodridge, Kingswood Prep, St Andrew’s/DSG, St George’s Prep and St Francis College.

Our swimmers really made us proud at this event. In the 54 races, 34 individual and 20 relay, College swimmers obtained 27 top three places including 8 first, 4 seconds and 15 thirds.

The five pupils who obtained first places were, from left, Ethan Darke, Vaclav Horak, Micaella White, Rory Dace and Ryan Marais.
