Recently returned from Nashville, Tennessee, Alexandra May is visiting St Francis for just one concert. Accompanying Alexandra will be her band made up of well-known musicians Adrian Ziller on Bass, Kiya Mac on Electric/Acoustic Guitar, Warren Knocker on drums and Andre Snyman on Tambourine and backing vocals will be performing ‘A Taste of Country’ at Cape St Francis Resort on Saturday evening 25th August. Also on stage will be Alexandra’s sister, Isabella Jane, recently returned from the Far East where she played the role of “Mistress’ in an international production of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s hit show ‘Evita’. Isabella Jane was also the runner up in ‘SA’s Got Talent’ a year or so ago with her ventriloquist performance.
This really is a not to be missed show of truly talented musicians so be sure to pop into Kouga Print or the Resort and purchase your tickets. Tickets are R150 The show starts at 7:00 pm but seating is informal so get there early and enjoy a casual meal of Hamburgers and Hot Dogs at R50.
Also at the Resort this weekend is The Full Moon race starting early Saturday with the first teams due in late on Saturday evening (after the concert) with the last teams due in around 11:00 am Sunday. Come and cheer the competitors in and then enjoy a super Sunday lunch round the pool at Joe Fish.
