Your Voice Matters

– In a dedicated effort towards continuous improvement, Kouga Municipality is conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey to gain valuable insights into residents’ experience with service delivery.

The focus is on everyday service delivery, including water, electricity, refuse removal, sanitation, and roads – with scores ranging from one to five, the former reflecting the worst opinion and the latter the best.

Main Objective

Kouga Executive Mayor Hattingh Bornman said the survey’s main objective is to prioritise customer care and obtain a clear and comprehensive understanding of how residents perceive the municipality’s services.

“By gathering feedback, the municipality aims to identify areas of strength within its services and, equally important, address any shortcomings to make necessary improvements.”

He called on all residents to use the platform to evaluate the municipality and suggest improvement areas. Participation is entirely voluntary.

Municipal Customer Satisfaction Survey

Kouga Municipality will use digital platforms and other practical methods to communicate and receive input on the Customer Satisfaction Survey.

This includes an online survey at:

This survey is also available on Kouga Municipality’s Facebook Page and at municipal and ward offices.

A significant stride

“The survey represents a significant stride in identifying the needs and expectations of residents from the municipality,” said Bornman.

“Therefore, residents’ feedback is invaluable in guiding our efforts to enhance the quality of services we provide. By participating in this survey, residents contribute directly to the betterment of the community.

“We are dedicated to ensuring that your voices are heard and your experiences shape the future of our services.

The closing date for the survey is 2 March 2024.

All residents are encouraged to get involved and let the Kouga Local Municipality know how you really feel about service delivery and anything else that you might want to share. Make use of the opportuniity.
