Parking, vehicle security and car wash in the village

The St Francis branch of the Kouga Business Forum has started its new business initiative empowering Sea Vista residents with start-up business guidance.
Starting this weekend to coincide with the Concours Sur Mesure Festival and heading into the festive season, there will be an additional parking area in the village, vehicle security, and car wash facilities to accommodate all the guests and visitors.

Babalo Bunu and GAD Security will control this car park, and the fee for parking in the secure area is R10 per vehicle, while a car wash (external only) is R100. Situated adjacent to the Blue Bottle Store and Praia Prawns, the site can accommodate 200 cars with relative ease. The car park has been set up with the support of landowners St. Francis Court.

Mr Babalo Bunu

The car park is next to the Blue Bottle Store, so should you be planning on heading to the parties and dinners at Christy’s, The Brewery, Twenty-Two Eatery and others, there is now a secure and convenient parking area just across the road. So for this weekend’s Concours Sur Mesure festivities, additional parking spots will be available.

As with every festival and event in our village and others, visitors and residents are advised to be vigilant regarding safety and security at all times.

With all expectations for a massive Concours Sur Mesure and the biggest festive season ever in St Francis Bay, this new initiative could be really beneficial for our town, although many of the locals do hide away completely until the crush is over. Or is it just me?
